A Frontier Airlines pilot was arrested at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston on Thursday. The arrest happened before passengers boarded the flight.
Video shared on social media shows police escorting the pilot off the plane. Frontier Airlines confirmed that the pilot was taken into custody before Flight 3195, which was supposed to fly from Houston to Dallas Fort Worth.
Since no replacement crew was available immediately, the flight was canceled. Passengers were given a choice of a full refund, credit, or a rebooking on another Frontier flight later that evening. They also received a $100 voucher and, if needed, overnight accommodations.
