The Redmi 13 is available in two variants. The base model, featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, is priced at Rs 12,999 (including a Rs 1,000 bank offer). The higher-end variant, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, costs Rs 14,499 (also including a bank offer discount).
Display and design
The Redmi 13 5G features a 6.79-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate for smooth visuals. It includes a center punch-hole design and a crystal glass exterior. Notably, it is the first in its segment to offer dual-sided glass, with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added screen protection.
Performance
The phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) SoC and offers up to 8GB of RAM, along with an additional 8GB of virtual RAM. It provides 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. Running on Android 14, it features Xiaomi’s Hyper OS.
Camera
Key features include a 108MP main camera utilizing Samsung’s ISOCELL HM6 sensor and 9-in-1 pixel binning technology for enhanced image clarity. It also includes a 2MP macro camera and a 13MP front camera for selfies, complemented by a ring flash on the rear for improved lighting.
Battery and charging
The device is equipped with a 5030mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging, with the charger included in the box.
Extra Features
The Redmi 13 5G features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an infrared sensor. It is rated IP53 for dust and splash resistance. The phone includes a 3.5mm audio jack and a bottom-firing loudspeaker. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C.
